Mr. Monahan has spent the last 18 years in the healthcare and information technology industries, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Services at the Internet startup Netgov.com. While at Netgov, a provider of web-based e-commerce applications for government, Mr. Monahan developed and managed nationwide product implementation and customer support capability.

Previously, Mr. Monahan held several management positions in General Electric Medical Systems in their PACS and software development businesses. With the 1997 acquisition of PACS capability, Mr. Monahan joined GE's PACS management team. In his role as Manager of System Integration and Hardware Engineering, Mr. Monahan was a key contributor in growing the PACS business from $60 million to over $250 million in annual sales over a three-year period. Prior to his role in PACS, Mr. Monahan managed GE's Global Software Operations component, responsible for the support of over 3,000 imaging analysis workstations (Advantage Windows) worldwide and validation of GE's CT and MR global platform software. Mr. Monahan earned his MS in Signal Processing from California State University, Fullerton and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
