Our digital imaging solutions do not require additional IT staff to
install, operate or maintain. During installation, we train a
radiology “Super User” and an IT Site Administrator who
provide a liaison between system users and the QSR Customer
Response Center (CRC), which is available 24/7.

A dedicated network
The hardware and workstations that compose our systems are part of
a dedicated network that operates independently of your existing
network and other systems. We can guarantee the performance of our
digital imaging solutions because we install, test and maintain
everything ourselves, from the workstations to the servers to the
cables.
Secure system, safe
data
We install dedicated networks for hospitals transmitting up to
50,000 exams. Data are stored at the hospital and archived off-site
for redundant protection. DICOM tapes of archived data are provided
on a regular basis.
